About Black Health Careers
Black Health Careers is the dedicated healthcare job board of blackhealth.org, the trusted source for Black health information since 2026.
We built this job board because we believe that representation in healthcare is not just a diversity metric, it is a matter of patient outcomes. Black patients consistently report better communication, higher satisfaction, and improved adherence when cared for by Black physicians and practitioners. We want to make it easier for those practitioners to find roles at organizations that share these values.
Our mission
