Job Summary
TheNon-Acute Pharmaceutical Salesteamis responsible forgrowing and servicing the Non-Acute ASC Market, National accounts and aportionof the strategic physician office customersselling pharmaceuticaldistribution.AsaNon-Acute Pharmaceutical SalesRepresentativebea part of the fast-paced sales team- responsible for winning,maintainingand growing customer relationships. Thisrole is a mix ofdirect sales, account management andcustomer serviceandis responsible forday-to-day activities like order resolution, placement, and account maintenance aswellcustomer initiatives, sales presentations and more.
Territory:Predominantly Southeast United States. Can live in Eastern or Central time zone. This role will be 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
Complete remote solution-based concept training to include assessment of knowledge to ensure retention and ability to apply methodologies.
Responsible for the management and growth ofassignedstrategic groups consisting of clinics and ambulatory surgery centers.
Responsible for cultivating andmaintainingon-going customer relationships with an assigned set of customers and strategic accounts.
Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service and recommendations in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, improvements to internal and external processes, and other areas of opportunity.
Provides product service information to customers andidentifiesupselling opportunities tomaintainand increase income streams from customer relationships.
Utilizes CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Atlas) to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics, leading to improved forecastingaccuracy
Complete all required administrative tasks including expense management, new business forms, etc.
Maintain knowledge of the current industry/competitive landscapeincluding,healthcare economics, reimbursement,competitorsand competitive products etc.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Previousdocumentedaccount management,sales experience or course work aligned to marketing or sales, preferred.Sales internships or sales competitions a plus
Drive for results; action oriented; strong work ethic and career ambition;Self-starter who is passionate about sales.
Strongphone, written, and in-person communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Strong communicationand organizational skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred

Anticipated pay range:$57,000 - $81,600
