We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Radiation Oncology Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology services management, with a focus on radiation therapy. - Collaborate with clinical teams, physicians, and administrative staff to optimize workflows and resource utilization.

- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols specific to radiation oncology.

- Manage budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics to achieve operational targets.

- Drive initiatives for technology integration, process improvements, and staff development.

- Foster a patient-centered environment that promotes compassionate care and continuous learning.

Qualifications

1.Bachelors degree Health Care Administration or related field is required.Masters degree in Business or health Administration preferred.


2.Five years progressively responsible professional experience performing operations management functions.In addition, five years supervisory/management experience is required.
