Write it somewhere you trust and paste it here. Specific beats sweeping: one real gap, one credible plan, your part in it.

Name the primary source behind the gap you wrote about: a study, a federal dataset, or a published report. Give us enough to look it up. We hold our own writers to this, so we ask it of applicants too.

Not the whole career. The next concrete thing: a rotation, a certification, a program you are applying to, and roughly when.
