Maximums per FY2024-25 annual report: Primary care physicians (MD/DO): up to $150,000 (avg ~$56,477) Psychiatrists: up to $146,484 (avg ~$64,793) Dentists (FRAMEdental): up to $50,000 (median ~$47,930) APRN, PA, RN, LPN: smaller maximums; confirm current amounts at FL DOH before applying. Annual cap: 25 percent of original loan principal (FRAME); 20 percent (FRAMEdental). Award requires 12-month service in an underserved area plus 25 volunteer hours.
