About Prism Health
Prism Health is an FQHC Look-Alike — operationally identical to an FQHC but not receiving Section 330 grant funding located in Portland, OR. Fees are assessed on a sliding scale based on household income — uninsured patients below 200% of the federal poverty line typically pay a nominal fee of $0–$30 per visit.
