About Community Support Services
Community Support Services is an FQHC Look-Alike — operationally identical to an FQHC but not receiving Section 330 grant funding located in Akron, OH. Fees are assessed on a sliding scale based on household income — uninsured patients below 200% of the federal poverty line typically pay a nominal fee of $0–$30 per visit. The center accepts Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, and uninsured patients.
