About this event
The 17th Annual Sista Strut St. Louis is a 3K walk that heightens awareness about breast cancer in women of color and connects participants with community resources. The event starts at the corner of 14th and Market Streets downtown. Registration includes a t-shirt, water bottle, and bag, with a car parade option also available.
