NMAC hosts the United States Conference on HIV/AIDS, the nation's largest annual HIV convening, at the Hilton Anaheim. The 2026 theme is United and Unbreakable: The HIV Movement at 45. The program includes skill-building workshops, continuing education units, keynotes, and an exhibit hall of nearly 100 organizations, with strong focus on communities of color most affected by HIV.
