Sista Strut is a 3K walk that heightens awareness about breast cancer in women of color and shares community resources. The 5th Annual Indianapolis walk is Saturday, October 17, 2026 at Victory Field, 501 W Maryland St, with the rally at 10AM and the walk at 11AM. It is organized by iHeartMedia, promoted through Real 98.3, The Nap's hip hop and R&B station. Registration includes the official Sista Strut t-shirt and backpack.
