The 26th annual African American Wellness Walk is Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Island MetroPark, 101 East Helena Street, Dayton, OH 45404. The in-person program starts at 7:30 AM and the 5K steps off at 8:00 AM, with a hybrid virtual option also offered.
Premier Health organizes the free event with the Miami Valley Urban League under the Moving Hearts and Soles theme, offering community health resources.
