About this event

In partnership with Sister Accord Foundation, we're hosting a free sickle cell trait screening event open to everyone. No insurance, no ID, no barriers.

Sickle cell disease affects 1 in 365 Black Americans. Knowing your trait status is an important step for you and your family's health planning.

What to expect:
- Walk-in screenings (simple blood test, 10 minutes)
- On-site genetic counselor for questions
- Community breakfast served 8:30–10:30 AM
- Resource table: primary care referrals, insurance enrollment help
- Door prizes and giveaways

No appointment needed. Results available same day.
