Journey to the Doula is a free one-hour Zoom session from the National Black Doulas Association for aspiring, new, and cross-training doulas. It runs Wednesday, September 16, 2026 from 7:00 to 8:00 PM Eastern.

The session introduces doula work through a community-centered lens: what doulas do, NBDA training and certification, professional standards, and membership pathways, with an emphasis on the realities of supporting Black families.

The session repeats monthly; October 21 and November 18 dates are also listed on the organizer's calendar.
