Oregon Medicaid pays doulas certified by the state's Traditional Health Worker (THW) Program. Under fee-for-service (Open Card) billing, the global doula benefit covers two visits before delivery, support on the day of delivery and two visits after, paid at $1,505, and the state raised its doula payment from $350 to $1,500 per pregnancy effective July 1, 2022.
