How Weight Care works
This is how Weight Care will work when it opens. Five steps. A licensed clinician will make every medical decision. Steps 2 to 5 will be done by a clinical partner we will name before we open.

Step 1: Get started
Done by BlackHealth
Tell us your state and what you are hoping for. It takes about 2 minutes, and we do not ask for medical details. For now, this puts you on the waitlist for your state.

Step 2: Health questions and checkout
You will answer your health questions and pay on the clinical partner's secure site, not on BlackHealth.

Step 3: Visit with a licensed clinician
A physician or nurse practitioner licensed in your state will meet you by video, review your history and decide with you whether treatment is appropriate.

Step 4: If treatment is right for you, your prescription will go to a pharmacy
Your clinician will send the prescription to a pharmacy. If treatment is not right for you, you will be told why and what to do next.

Step 5: Ongoing care, refills and messaging
Your care team will answer questions, adjust your dose with you and handle refills. BlackHealth will keep this guide and your membership details.
BlackHealth Weight Care is opening soon. When it opens, medical care will be provided by independent licensed clinicians through a clinical partner.
