Wegovy
Paying yourself
Pens from NovoCare Pharmacy cost $199 a month for the first two fills at 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg (offer runs through December 31, 2026), then $349, or $399 for the 7.2 mg dose. Pills cost $149 a month at 1.5 mg, $199 at 4 mg and $299 at 9 mg and 25 mg.

Zepbound
Paying yourself
$299 a month at 2.5 mg, $399 at 5 mg, $449 at 7.5 to 15 mg when refilled within 45 days, otherwise $499 to $699.

Medicare GLP-1 Bridge
$50 a month copay for Wegovy, Foundayo and the Zepbound KwikPen for eligible Part D members, July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027.
